  • How to finish strong: From asking smart questions at the end of an interview to evaluating and negotiating offers, this course helps you approach the final stages with clarity and confidence.

Charles Johnson, FSA, CERA brings more than a decade of actuarial, recruiting, and teaching experience to this course. As founder and CEO of the Actuarial Development Institute, he has helped aspiring actuaries navigate the profession through mentorship, education, and career guidance.

With experience in actuarial and recruitment roles at Northwestern Mutual and State Farm, along with nearly 10 years in corporate actuarial recruiting, Charles brings you a practical, well-rounded perspective on what it takes to stand out in the interview process.
